After graduating from Life University in 1998 alongside her husband, Dr. Joe Clarino, she co-founded Sugar Hill Family Chiropractic, the first high-volume, straight chiropractic practice in Sugar Hill, GA. This early success marked the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey in a profession where women are often underrepresented.

In 2011, Dr. Deb co-launched AlignLife, a first-of-its-kind integrated clinic that unites chiropractic care, functional medicine, nutrition, and regenerative therapies. Today, AlignLife stands as a trusted destination for holistic healthcare, drawing patients from across the region. Her leadership and results-driven approach have inspired countless practitioners, especially women, to step into leadership roles in healthcare.

Beyond her clinics, Dr. Deb has made a lasting mark in her community and profession. She founded the Sugar Hill Fall Festival, now a beloved annual tradition, and has trained thousands of chiropractors worldwide through workshops, seminars, and webinars. With a 25-year waiting list for interns, her reputation as a mentor underscores her dedication to shaping the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Never one to slow down, Dr. Deb expanded her vision in 2022 with the launch of Thryv Medical. As CEO, she is spearheading a new model of longevity and anti-aging care that blends modern medicine, functional medicine, nutrition, and aesthetics. With two thriving clinics and a third slated for Q3 2025, Thryv has set its sights on opening 30 clinics nationwide within the next five years.
