AlignLife is seeking an energetic, amiable and empathetic professional to join our team of schedulers. The Scheduler is motivated to manage leads who show interest in a natural approach to managing their health concerns. Successful candidates will manage outbound and inbound communication with people interested in an opportunity for a natural approach to health. Representatives must be able to deliver clear, concise communication in order to build and maintain an empathetic connection.
Skills and Additional Requirements
A background in the chiropractic and natural health care arena is desirable, previous call center experience is a plus. Additionally, this individual must possess the following:

- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening to form an empathetic connection with the contacts interested in our services
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to successfully develop internal and external relationships on a variety of levels
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism in all communication with all customers, managers, and unit-level employees
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliability and self manageability to thrive in a remote working environment
- Strong computer skills, AlignLife is a Google application based company
- A basic understanding of ECommerce or Digital Marketing philosophies
- A quiet work environment will be required to ensure no interruptions during work hours

Specific Responsibilities
- Convert contacts obtained from advertising opportunities to schedule initial appointments with the appropriate clinic based on Cluster Booking principles
- Monitor franchise website chat to drive New Patient scheduling
- Document all calls and other contact attempts
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on service, product or company policy changes
- Maintain HIPAA certification (we provide)
- Handle incoming call overflow from offices
- Handle off hours calls from offices
- Respond to reviews on behalf of AlignLife Clinics
- Assist in maintaining clinic business listings
